Double-Loaded Knotless 2.6 FiberTak® Upper Border Subscapularis Technique
Double-loaded tensionable knotless anchor technology provides a quick and efficient way to treat upper border subscapularis tears. The Double-Loaded Knotless 2.6 FiberTak soft anchor features two independent repair sutures that are passed separately through the subscapularis and shuttled simultaneously through the knotless mechanism. Each repair suture can be tensioned individually to achieve desired fixation at a single anchor point.
