Pectoralis Major Repair using the Pec Button Cadaveric Demonstration

Matthew Provencher, MD, (Boston, MA) performs pectoralis major repair using the new Pec Repair Implant Delivery System. He performs a detailed dissection to describe all relevant anatomy and demonstrates the benefits of combining FiberTape® with titanium Pec Buttons to securely and anatomically reattach the tendon’s small footprint. The new 3.2 x 11 mm Pec Button is mounted on a threaded inserter and has large eyelets that can accept FiberTape with needles. The ends of the button are chamfered to facilitate easy unicortical flipping.
