Christopher Schmidt, MD, (Pittsburgh, PA) demonstrates his technique for 2-incision distal biceps repair using cortical buttons. The buttons are placed intramedullary at the insertion site of the distal biceps tendon, which can help recreate the anatomic footprint and help restore supination strength.1-3
