Hand slippage and the disposable arm sleeve typically occurs when the hand isn't positioned correctly or the straps aren't secured snugly. When securing the arm, position the hand in a loose fist, making sure straps one and two are applied proximal to the flare of the wrist, and all straps are snug and evenly tightened.
