MIS FiberTak® Achilles SpeedBridge™ System Product Demonstration

Hello, my name is Kim Akana. I'm an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon from London in the United Kingdom. I'm here to talk to you about some of my favorite features to do with the minimally invasive fire attack. Achilles speed ridge system. The new DX 3.9 swivel lock anchor. This anchor has been shortened and has a larger eyelet being larger. The fiber tape slides well and allows the distal row to self tension upon insertion. This saves me a step as I don't have to come back on myself. Mark the tape and then reinsert the anchor. Lastly, there's a great laser line feature built into the Inserter, which shows me clearly when the swivel lock is flush to the bone or two millimetres countersunk. This is so important with per cutaneous insertion to prevent the ankle from being left proud.
