BTB ACL Reconstruction Using the BTB TightRope® SB Implant and the InternalBrace™ Technique

Walter R. Lowe, MD (Houston, TX), demonstrates a BTB ACL reconstruction using the BTB TightRope® SB implant and the InternalBrace™ technique. The FiberSnare® guidewire is used to shuttle the FiberTape® suture through the cannulation of the FastThread™ screw to allow for independent fixation of the FiberTape suture.
