FiberLink and TigerLink sutures are 1.3 mm SutureTape or #2 FiberWire® suture with a closed loop on one end. These sutures were designed to create cinch stitches by simply passing the suture through tissue and feeding the free end through the loop for tensioning. Lock the cinch stitch into position using the Knotless PushLock® or SwiveLock® anchor. FiberLink and TigerLink sutures can also be used to shuttle multiple sutures at once with the Scorpion™ suture passer.

SutureTape, the upgraded version of FiberWire® suture, is the next generation in suture technology. Compared to FiberWire suture, flat-braided SutureTape is similar in strength and more resistant to tissue pull-through.1 It offers improved handling and knot security with smaller comparable knot stacks. SutureTape is available in 0.9 mm, 1.3 mm, and 1.7 mm sizes and in multiple colors, patterns, and needle options.

Biologic tuberoplasty harnesses the power of the ArthroFlex dermal allograft to provide a biologic cushion between the acromion and the tuberosity that can prevent bone-on-bone contact due to an irreparable rotator cuff tear.&nbsp;&nbsp;Self-punching tensionable knotless anchor technology allows the ArthroFlex graft to be placed in a quick, effective, and reproducible technique preventing shoulder impingement syndrome, often associated with shoulder pain.&nbsp;

Biologic Tuberoplasty Technique

Developed in conjunction with Sam Akhavan, MD (Pittsburgh, PA), and James M. Paci, MD (Long Island, NY), this knotless biceps tenodesis technique is a simple approach to top-of-the-groove arthroscopic biceps tenodesis using the Loop 'N' Tack stitch configuration. For surgeons who want to transition from tenotomy to a quick arthroscopic technique, it is an excellent option for using existing portal placement while viewing familiar anatomy. This straightforward surgical approach helps minimize the potential for cramping or cosmetic "Popeye" deformity, which is often associated with tenotomy.1
The implant system provides everything required to perform a Loop 'N' Tack biceps tenodesis in a simple, convenient kit.

Loop 'N' Tack™ Biceps Tenodesis Technique

A technique gaining popularity, PCL repair is generally indicated for bony avulsions that can occur on either the femur or tibia.&nbsp;
PCL injuries can happen during sports-related activities or high-velocity, traumatic accidents. Applications for operative treatment of PCL tears include acute injuries, tears in active young patients, and either isolated grade 3 tears or a combined injury, such as grade 2 tears with posterolateral corner instability.
PCL tears can be treated with innovative, minimally invasive procedures using the PCL Repair TightRope® implant and FiberRing™ sutures.

Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) Repair 

Designed for arthroscopic instability or rotator cuff repair, the knotless PushLock suture anchor uniquely allows surgeons to adjust tension on the tissue intraoperatively, ensuring precise tissue reduction and fixation.
PushLock anchors are available in 2.4 mm, 2.9 mm, 3.5 mm, and 4.5 mm sizes. The 2.4 mm and 2.9 mm PushLock anchors are optimized for labral repair. Use the 4.5 mm PushLock anchor for rotator cuff repair using the SutureBridge™ technique and the 3.5 mm PushLock anchor during rotator cuff or instability procedures.
The anchor bodies – available in bioabsorbable biocomposite or PLLA and nonabsorbable PEEK materials – are strong, revisable, and radioluscent implants with no MRI artifact. Each anchor has a PEEK eyelet for superior strength during insertion to allow firm tissue tensioning and shifting.1

PushLock® Anchor

Arthrex offers a wide variety of suture with needles, including SutureTape, FiberWire®, TigerWire®, and #2 FiberWire suture.
SutureTape is a flat-braided suture more resistant to tissue pull-through,1 offering improved handling and stronger knot security1 with smaller, comparable knot stacks.
FiberWire and TigerWire suture are both high-strength options available on implants and packaged separately with and without needles. FiberWire suture is constructed of a multistrand long chain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene core with a braided jacket of polyester and UHMWPE that&nbsp;provides strength, abrasion resistance, and a soft feel.&nbsp;FiberWire suture is blue and TigerWire suture is white with a black stripe in the suture for easy identification.
#2 FiberWire suture on straight needles comes in two needle options: a single needle attached to 38 in of #2 FiberWire suture or two needles each attached to an end of 38 in of #2 FiberWire suture. These are ideal for creating a variety locking stitch patterns for avulsions of large tendons, such as the quadriceps, patellar, pectoral, or Achilles.

Suture With Needles

The SwiveLock anchor is designed for knotless, arthroscopic glenohumeral joint instability repair. It is sized and used similarly to the 2.9 mm&nbsp;PushLock® anchor, with the key difference being its&nbsp;threaded and vented anchor body, which&nbsp;"twists in"&nbsp;rather than&nbsp;"taps in.” The SwiveLock anchor provides the ability to independently pass the suture through a desired amount of tissue prior to anchor implantation. This feature allows the surgeon to properly capture the amount of capsule or labrum required for the pathology being treated. The surgeon can visualize and adjust tissue tension prior to final implant installation. The anchor is twisted into its final position and the sutures are cut flush.
The body of the anchor is available in a biocomposite material that combines PLLA with ß-TCP, or a nonabsorbable thermoplastic material, polyetheretherketone (PEEK). Both are strong, revisable, and radiolucent implants. Both versions use a PEEK eyelet for superior strength during insertion, allowing for firm tissue tensioning and shifting.

SwiveLock® Instability Technique - Anterior

The SwiveLock®&nbsp;anchor is a knotless suture anchor designed for arthroscopic glenohumeral joint instability repair. It is sized and used similarly to the 2.9 mm PushLock® anchor, but features a threaded and vented anchor body "twists-in" rather than "taps-in". The anchor allows the suture to be passed through the desired amount of tissue independently, before the anchor is implanted.
