The TRIMANO FORTIS support arm acts as an additional surgical assistant by securely and safely holding the patient’s arm in any desired position during arthroscopic or open shoulder surgery performed in the beach chair position. The compact and lightweight device is easily attached to any OR table Clark Rail and is ready for immediate use. No additional power or air connections are required. The patient’s arm can be moved in any direction by simply pressing the handle. Releasing the handle locks it into the desired position. The convenient TRIMANO shoulder kit includes a sterile drape for the support arm, an ergonomically designed foam arm holder and Coban™* self-adherent wrap, allowing for quick and easy patient preparation while gently protecting the operative arm.

The Triangular Fibrocartilage (TFCC) Ulnar Tunnel Repair technique provides a reliable and reproducible option to treat peripheral ulnar tears. By repairing both the superficial and deep layers (ligamentum subcruentum) of the TFCC down to bone, this technique recreates an anatomic TFCC insertion. FiberStick™ or FiberWire® sutures provide a strong and permanent repair of the articular disk.1 The 2.5 mm Mini PushLock® or 2.5 mm Nano SwiveLock® anchor imparts the final knotless, no-profile fixation.
