Introducing single-use, sterile-packed Nano arthroscopy instrumentation. Harnessing 20 years of excellence in designing arthroscopic hand instrumentation, Arthrex has engineered the next generation of instruments for diagnostic, resection, and extraction procedures. Strong and sharp, these 2 mm-diameter instruments are designed for atraumatic insertion through tight joint spaces to efficiently resect meniscal tissue and other soft-tissue structures.
Part of our 2 mm instrument portfolio, the 2.8 mm Nano Suction Punch is an ideal tool for Nano arthroscopy that allows surgeons to achieve optimal resection and aspiration. Available in two sizes with three different cutting-window configurations, this device can rotate 360° for multiple resection options.

The Nano Arthroscopy Imaging System consists of the NanoScope™ console and the NanoNeedle Scope. It is a medical-grade, all-in-one, 1.9 mm arthroscopy system that features a disposable camera with chip-on-tip image sensor technology. The portable system allows the surgeon to perform minimally invasive arthroscopy during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of care using the NanoNeedle Scope as the main arthroscope or as an adjunct to a conventional arthroscope.

Nano Arthroscopy Cameras

Offered in multiple lengths from 1.5 cm to 7 cm, the 2.7 mm NanoCannula allows for simple insertion of Nano instrumentation during arthroscopic foot and ankle, hand and wrist, knee, and shoulder procedures.
Nano inflow/outflow cannulas, also available in multiple lengths, allow for fluid inflow through a separate portal and can be used to conveniently evacuate soft-tissue debris from the arthroscopic environment.

Nano Arthroscopy Cannulas and Accessories

Available in multiple lengths, different Nano cannulas address different surgeon needs.
The 2.7 mm Nano cannula, offered in lengths from 1.5 cm to 7 cm, facilitates simple, atraumatic insertion of the NanoNeedle Scope and Nano operative instruments over an 18 ga guidewire during arthroscopy.
Additionally, Nano inflow/outflow cannulas allow fluid inflow through a separate portal and can be used to easily evacuate soft-tissue debris from the arthroscopic environment.
NanoNeedle Scope working cannulas, available in 1.5 cm and 5 cm lengths, furthers the efficiency and effectiveness of the Nano arthroscopy product line.

The NanoScope™ platform combines the latest technologies in 1 mm imaging sensors, LED lighting, image management, and OR integration with an intuitive medical-grade touchscreen tablet control unit. The portability of this platform allows surgeons to use the system in the OR as either a standalone arthroscopic unit or as an adjunct to a traditional arthroscopic setup. Network capabilities allow for bidirectional communication to your facility's EHR, PACS, Synergy iPad® application, and SurgeonVault® system.
If used in conjunction with the mobile arthroscopy cart, surgeons can use this platform in a procedure room and in the office setting.

Nano Arthroscopy Console

The state-of-the-art NanoScope™ imaging system is the first medical-grade, 3-in-1, chip-on-tip, single-use camera system. The NanoScope system combines the latest technology in 1 mm imaging sensors, LED lighting, image management, and OR integration with an intuitive tablet control. The NanoScope system provides a new option to MRI imaging, second-look arthroscopy, and image-guided injections that can be placed precisely under direct arthroscopic image control.
Arthrex helped to pioneer operative arthroscopy and is once again at the forefront of nano-operative arthroscopy. The minimally invasive patient experience and unlimited atraumatic access to joint spaces make the NanoScope system and Nano arthroscopy instrumentation the clear choice for instant diagnostic imaging and less invasive arthroscopic procedures.
The 1.9 mm diameter of the NanoNeedle Scope allows foot and ankle surgeons to easily access a multitude of areas including the ankle joint for standard anterior and posterior arthroscopy, subtalar joint arthroscopy, posterior tibialis tendoscopy, peroneal tendoscopy, 1st MTP joint arthroscopy, and 1st TMT joint arthroscopy. The previously unreachable is now within reach using the NanoScope platform.

Nano Arthroscopy for Foot and Ankle

The state-of-the-art NanoNeedle Scope visualization system uses the latest technologies in 1 mm chip-on-tip imaging sensors to provide surgeons with a needle-sized, single-use camera. The portability of the imaging system allows the surgeon to perform minimally invasive arthroscopy in the operating room using the NanoNeedle Scope system as the main camera or as an adjunct to a traditional camera in a treatment room or the physician’s office.
