Arthrex offers surgeons an array of fixation options for the Cotton osteotomy. The titanium porous BioSync® wedges offer a zero-profile, stable construct, designed to exactly match the anatomy of the cuneiform. For surgeons who prefer allograft wedges, Arthrex also offers precontoured allograft AlloSync™ wedges designed with the same anatomical shapes and sizes as the BioSync family of products.

Arthrex offers a variety of reconstructive wedges and grafts made from 100% allograft bone. Wedges are available in a variety of sizes and configurations for reconstructive procedures.&nbsp;An AlloSync bone dart implant is also available to provide a biologic alternative to traditional hammertoe implants.

AlloSync™ Reconstruction Wedges and Grafts

Highly specific to iBalance® implants, the iBalance HTO system creates a safety “envelope” with locked-in retractors, allowing the surgeon to create all cuts safely and reproducibly, while significantly reducing chances of neurovascular injury and lateral hinge fractures. The instruments also allow for alignment of the osteotomy to the sagittal and coronal planes to preserve tibial slope. Ideal for mastering high tibial osteotomies, the iBalance HTO system features a step-by-step guided technique to build confidence through safety and reproducibility.

iBalance® HTO System

Arthrex offers multiple implant options for lateral column lengthening procedures including the BioSync® titanium porous wedges or the AlloSync™ allograft wedges. Both products are available in several shapes and sizes, allowing surgeons to choose between a permanent structural implant or an allograft implant.
