<p>The Arthrex Humeral Plating System is a comprehensive solution for proximal humerus fracture management. Three plate options include a 95° greater tuberosity buttressing plate, a 130° PHP to limit subacromial impingement, and the anatomically designed ALPHA plate to preserve the deltoid insertion point. All plates accept 4.0 partial and fully threaded locking screws and 3.5 locking and nonlocking screws distally in the shaft. Color-coded instrumentation and a simplified tray layout allow quick and repeatable fixation of all types of fracture patterns.</p>
