Allograft OATS® Set, Large
The Allograft OATS instrument set facilitates harvesting of large-diameter osteochondral/hyaline cartilage cylinders from allograft bone. The core is made by placing the condyle into the workstation and harvesting with the donor harvester. A 0.5 mm-undersized recipient socket is created using the appropriately sized recipient harvester. The exact depth of the allograft to match the socket is obtained with the depth measurement guide and the allograft is trimmed to the same depth and obliquity. Dilation of the socket results in a line-to-line fit once the donor allograft is inserted into the recipient socket. Final seating of the allograft is achieved with an oversized tamp, resulting in a perfectly flush, press-fit graft that does not require fixation implants.

The BioPatella Instrument Set is the new standard for restoration of the articular surface of the patella when presented with oblong cartilage defects involving a significant amount of the patellar articular surface. Through a series of precisely designed cutting instruments, surgeons can replace damaged cartilage with a single, elliptical piece of viable, hyaline cartilage. The BioPatella instruments were designed to match the natural curvature of the patella to resurface the entire functional articular surface. Multiple sizes allow flexibility for the surgeon to adjust to the width and length of the cartilage defect and to ensure proper restoration of the articular surface with a single osteochondral allograft.

Talus OATS® Set
Talus OATS® instrumentation facilitates harvesting of small-diameter hyaline cartilage osteochondral cores from an osteochondral allograft. Through a series of precise steps with dedicated instrumentation, the surgeon can replace damaged articular cartilage defects with healthy, fresh osteochondral tissue core that matches the contour and cartilage morphology of the recipient site. There are few treatment options for patients with large, symptomatic lesions of osteoarticular surfaces in the talus. This technique provides a reliable outcome when restoring articular cartilage.1
