Sistema de placas para el húmero proximal

El sistema de placas para el húmero de Arthrex es una solución integral para el abordaje de fracturas del húmero proximal. Las tres opciones de placa incluyen una placa de refuerzo de la tuberosidad mayor de 95°, una placa PHP de 130° para limitar la compresión subacromial y la placa ALPHA diseñada anatómicamente para preservar el punto de inserción del deltoides. Todas las placas aceptan tornillos bloqueantes de rosca parcial y total de 4,0 y tornillos bloqueantes y no bloqueantes de 3,5 distalmente en el vástago. La instrumentación codificada por colores y un diseño simplificado de la bandeja permiten una fijación rápida y fácil de repetir de todo tipo de patrones de fractura.
