Double-Bundle PCLR Using All-Soft-Tissue Achilles Graft Prepared With FiberTag® TightRope® Implants

Thomas M. DeBerardino, MD (San Antonio, TX), demonstrates an arthroscopic, double-bundle, all-soft-tissue PCL reconstruction technique. Dr. DeBerardino prepares the femoral double-bundle side of the graft with FiberTag^® TightRope^® implants and the tibial end of the graft with another FiberTag TightRope implant. The FlipCutter^® III drill and RetroConstruction™ PCL guides are used to create femoral and tibial sockets.
