El implante FiberTag TightRope facilita la sujeción de injertos del tendón del cuádriceps a los implantes ACL TightRope RT y ABS. La sutura FiberTag está integrada en el implante TightRope, logrando una conexión fuerte y consistente entre la sutura y el lazo del TightRope. Una técnica de sutura simplificada, junto con un empaque innovador y el nuevo instrumental de preparación de injerto GraftClamp, hacen que la preparación de injertos, como el tendón del cuádriceps sea más rápida y reproducible.

Implante FiberTag® TightRope®

El objetivo del aumento o reconstrucción extraarticular lateral es eliminar la laxitud residual y reducir el riesgo de rotura del injerto del LCA. Las dos técnicas más comunes incluyen tenodesis con banda iliotibial (ITB) y la reconstrucción del ligamento anterolateral (LLA). Estos procedimientos desempeñan un papel importante en el aumento de la estabilidad rotacional de la rodilla. Los pacientes que encuentran el mayor beneficio son pacientes hiperlaxos, casos de revisión, atletas de pivote y aquellos con pruebas de "Pivot Shift" de grado III del IKDC.&nbsp;

Tenodesis extraarticular lateral

The BioACL technique harnesses the power of next-generation biologics to provide the ultimate anatomic, minimally invasive, reproducible approach for taking patient outcomes to the next level.
By prefilling ACL bone tunnels with a powerful composite of concentrated platelet-rich plasma (cPRP) from bone marrow aspirate (BMA) or whole blood processed with the Angel® system, the patient’s own bone collected with the GraftNet™ device, and AlloSync® Pure demineralized bone matrix, the BioACL technique provides all the necessary healing components for an ACL reconstruction procedure.
In conjunction with the QuadLink™ technique with the InternalBrace™ procedure, the BioACL technique has been shown to result in earlier range of motion, improved limb symmetry, less bone-tunnel widening, and improved patient-reported outcomes as compared to nonaugmented ACL procedures.1&nbsp;

The&nbsp;InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The&nbsp;InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.

Toma y preparación del tendón del cuádriceps

Una vez que se haya realizado una incisión abierta o mínimamente invasiva y se hayan establecido las ventanas adecuadas para los tejidos blandos, utilice los ganchos de marcación colateral fibular, tibial y/o femoral para obtener precisión anatómica y mediciones óseas al perforar los túneles de reconstrucción apropiados. El uso del gancho de marcación colateral femoral con la guía de la broca paralela aumentará la eficiencia de la perforación femoral anatómica al reducir significativamente los túneles convergentes y permitir la colocación precisa del pin guía en múltiples distancias incrementales. Durante la creación del túnel, utilice los extremos en forma de cuchara del retractor del ligamento colateral para proteger las estructuras neurovasculares y el raspador del ligamento colateral para alisar los bordes de los túneles de reconstrucción completados. Luego use sutura FiberWire® o FiberStick™ para pasar los injertos preparados y tensarlos a la posición deseada antes de la fijación del injerto.
