El sistema ACP Max™ permite la recolección de 30 ml, 60 ml o 90 ml de sangre completa para la preparación de plasma rico en plaquetas (PRP). Este sistema de doble centrifugado, basado en una capa leucocitaria, crea una solución de PRP sin glóbulos rojos y granulocitos, incluyendo los neutrófilos.1 La sangre total adicional en el sistema ACP Max PRP fomenta una solución de PRP más concentrada y tiene la capacidad de crear concentraciones plaquetarias hasta 12 veces más altas que la sangre completa sola.1

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Processing Systems

The Thrombinator system is compatible with any of the Arthrex platelet-rich plasma (PRP) processing systems using whole blood or platelet-poor plasma (PPP) to create an autologous thrombin-rich serum at the point of care. The Thrombinator process applies the principles of the clotting cascade to produce the autologous serum or gel without the use of harsh chemical reagents.
