Al utilizar la tecnología SwiveLock® en la mano y muñeca, el DX SwiveLock SL puede acomodar hasta un injerto reforzado de 3 mm con FiberLoop®, FiberWire® o sutura LabralTape™. El DX SwiveLock SL de PEEK con ojal bifurcado captura y coloca el injerto y la sutura en el orificio de perforación del túnel, ofreciendo una adecuada tensión y reparación sin nudos.

La técnica de reparación del túnel cubital con fibrocartílago triangular (TFCC) proporciona una opción fiable y reproducible para tratar los desgarros periféricos del cúbito del disco articular. Mediante la reparación de las capas superficial y profunda (ligamento subcruento) del disco articular hasta el hueso, esta técnica recrea una inserción anatómica del CFCT.
