Procedure

Las lesiones del ligamento cruzado posterior (LCP) ocurren durante actividades deportivas o accidentes traumatológicos de alta velocidad.Las indicaciones para el tratamiento quirúrgico de los desgarros del LCP incluyen lesiones agudas, pacientes jóvenes activos y desgarros aislados de grado 3 o lesiones combinadas, como una lesión de grado 2 con inestabilidad de la esquina posterolateral. 

Arthrex cuenta con varias técnicas para lesiones aisladas del LCP incluidas la reconstrucción con injerto del LCP, la reconstrucción de doble banda del LCP y el procedimiento RetroConstruction™ transtibial del LCP que se pueden combinar con la reconstrucción de múltiples ligamentos o de la esquina posterolateral (PLC).
