Reconstrucción lateral del ligamento

La reconstrucción lateral de un ligamento puede practicarse usando un injerto de tendón libre y un tornillo de interferencia rígido con implantes para Biotenodesis. Este tipo de técnica permite la reconstrucción anatómica de los ligamentos calcáneo-peroneo y astrágalo-peroneo anterior con un tensionamiento simple y fijación rígida del injerto.
