The Arthrex Beaming System is a fully threaded, headless compression beam engineered to deliver robust structural support for complex foot and ankle reconstructions. Designed to create a rigid internal scaffold, long cannulated beams span multiple bones to promote stability and fusion across compromised osseous segments, helping surgeons restore a durable, plantigrade foot.

Manufactured from high‑strength stainless steel, the system offers beams in four diameters (5-8 mm) and lengths from 50-170 mm to support a wide range of anatomic and reconstructive needs. Each beam incorporates the proprietary KeyLock™ thread form, which mechanically locks into bone rather than relying on the friction fit of traditional beams, enhancing fixation strength and long‑term stability in demanding constructs.
