Indikationen
Das Minifragmentsystem ist indiziert für Frakturfixierungen, Rekonstruktionen, Replantationen, Stabilisierungen, Repositionen, Fusionen, Osteotomien, Fehlheilungen und Pseudarthrosen von kleinen Knochen und kleinen Knochenfragmenten, einschließlich normaler und osteoporotischer Knochen bei erwachsenen und jugendlichen (12&nbsp;-&nbsp;21&nbsp;Jahre) Patient:innen. Das System ist außerdem für die nichtlasttragende Stabilisierung und Reposition von Knochenfragmenten in langen Knochen indiziert.

Das Ellbogen-Plattensystem von Arthrex ist ein umfassendes Plattensystem für den distalen Humerus und das Olecranon. Für die Versorgung des distalen Humerus stehen sowohl Platten mit einem Winkel von 90° als auch von 180° sowie extraartikuläre Platten mit einer Länge von bis zu 294 mm zur Verfügung. Platten für dorsales Olecranon und die Olecranonosteotomie vervollständigen das Portfolio.
Das Ellbogenportfolio von Arthrex ist das umfassendste auf dem Markt. Dieses Portfolio umfasst FiberTape-Cerclage, Weichgewebeanker, die InternalBrace-Bandaugmentation für die Rekonstruktion des MUCL und LUCL, Biologika sowie ergänzende Platten und Schrauben und wurde speziell für die komplexesten Fälle von Ellbogenverletzungen entwickelt.
Die&nbsp;InternalBrace-Operationstechnik ist ausschließlich zur Augmentation einer primären Naht / Rekonstruktion vorgesehen, bei der die Kontaktfläche des Weichteilgewebes während der Heilungsperiode vergrößert wird. Sie ist nicht als Ersatz für das native Band gedacht. Die&nbsp;InternalBrace-Technik ist für Eingriffe zur Fixierung von Weichteilgewebe am Knochen vorgesehen. Sie ist nicht für die Knochen-zu-Knochen-Fixierung zugelassen.
