The Arthrex Elbow Plating System is a comprehensive distal humerus and olecranon plating system. For the distal humerus, both 90° and 180° plating options are available, as well as extra-articular plate lengths up to 294 mm. Dorsal olecranon and olecranon osteotomy plates complete the portfolio.
The Arthrex Elbow Portfolio is the most comprehensive on the market. Comprised of FiberTape® cerclage, soft-tissue anchors, InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation for MUCL and LUCL repairs, biologics, and adjunct plating and screws, this portfolio is designed to meet the challenge of your most complicated elbow trauma cases.
The&nbsp;InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The&nbsp;InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.

Die MaxForce MTP-Platten bieten 2 Kompressionsmodi, um eine maximale Kompression der Arthrodesestelle zu gewährleisten. Zusätzlich zu einem standardmäßigen ovalen Kompressionsloch nach exzentrischem Bohren nutzen diese Platten einen einzigartigen Kompressionsmechanismus, mit dem Operateure die Kompression bei MTP-Fusionen manuell einstellen können. Die Zähne in der Platte werden mit den Zähnen an der Kompressionsvorrichtung ausgerichtet und funktionieren wie Zahnräder. Wenn die Kompressionsvorrichtung im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird, verschiebt sich die Platte nach proximal und komprimiert das MTP-Gelenk.
Darüber hinaus erzeugen die neuen Kortikalisschrauben mit flachem Kopf ein Nullprofil, wenn sie vollständig in der Platte sitzen, wodurch das Material sehr viel weniger hervorsteht.
Zusammen mit einer Reihe von Plattenlängen und -biegungen bietet das neue MaxForce MTP-Plattensystem Operateuren das umfassendste Low-Profile-Konstrukt mit maximaler Kompression, das heutzutage auf dem Markt erhältlich ist.
