Marketing materials such as medical illustrations, photos, brochures, videos, animations, and techniques (“Content”) are the property of Arthrex and may only be used for medical education purposes. Content shall not be used for any other purposes without the express written consent of Arthrex, Inc. All Content is the sole and exclusive property of Arthrex, Inc., and any modifications, changes, or edits to the Content is strictly prohibited. Arthrex, Inc. may at any time, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate your right to use the Content with or without cause. Express permission to utilize Arthrex marketing materials must be provided by Arthrex and is only provided on a per request basis.
