Single Row vs SpeedBridge™ Rotator Cuff Repair: The PASTA Effect

Christopher Adams, MD, (Naples, FL) performs both a single-row and double-row SpeedBridge™ rotator cuff repair on the same cadaveric shoulder and then compares the footprint reconstruction of each technique. Dr. Adams shows that the single-row repair leaves the footprint relatively uncovered, similar to a PASTA lesion, while the knotless SpeedBridge repair is able to completely reconstruct the footprint.
