About the Role:

Manage all aspects of sales administrations and reporting for the Commercial department . Works closely with the Sales Manager in planning and implementing of commercial activities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track team training requirements, including but not limiting to new hire on-boarding and ad-hoc training needs.
  • Co-manage capital equipment logistics and management, where necessary.
  • Work closely with various department to maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases.
  • Monthly case allowance compilation, checking against eLeave system for Annual Leave, Childcare Leave, Off in-lieu for the team before monthly payroll cut off. Payroll cut-off 10th of each month.
  • Ad Hoc support of Sales stuff in preparation of patient ID card (must have signed PDPA form from patient/clinic).
  • Plan monthly on calls for the team and input them into iCalendar.
  • To work closely with the Medical Education team in ensuring smooth administration of Cadaver lab activities.
  • Coordinates and provides timely updates on marketing and Med Ed activities.
  • Prepare and submit required letters and approval forms to internal and external parties for local Med Ed events. This involve coordinating required signatories and approval from internal and external stakeholders.

 

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma education
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Commercial preferred
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
