Description

As a Biologics Specialist, you will report to the Director of Biologics who will assist in helping you develop plans that focus on maximizing sales opportunities in the district and push you to exceed each goal. 

As a Biologics Specialist, you will ensure that you are driving the biologics portfolio and assisting with all biologic education and sales opportunities by providing outstanding customer service and executing demonstrations/presentations within the operating room, product training labs, & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel. You will stand for integrity – in the choices you make, in the outstanding quality of Arthrex products you sell and with the company you represent, Elite Orthopedics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Achieve a high level of expertise with the Biologics portfolio.
  • Develop and implement business plans under the direction of the Director of Biologics.
  • Achieves sales quotas by driving sales to deliver above expected growth through product sales in assigned district/territory.
  • Implement sales strategies and tactics for the district, promoting products to existing and new customers within the territory.
  • Establish and develop rapport with key surgeons and engage with administration level customers (hospital & ambulatory surgery centers) to lead and manage positive and productive relationships.
  • You will report a weekly business update to the Director of Biologics on the health of the district and discuss challenges and needs to ensure sales goals and initiatives are being met.
  • Must attend (quarterly) at least one corporate and one local course/training pertaining to the Arthrex Biologics product portfolio.
  • Must be proficient in Axis and Cognos to identify sales trends and track sales opportunities that you will in turn communicate to the field.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements-1 years experience.
