Ankle Fracture Repair with Arthrex® Fracture Management System

The Arthrex^® Ankle Fracture Management System was developed to offer surgeons multiple options to repair broken ankle bones. This animation features the repair of the fibula bone fracture using an Arthrex Locking Distal Fibular Plate. The plate will help splint and protect the broken bone as it heals. If there is soft tissue damage between the fibula and tibia, the surgeon will use an Ankle TightRope^® to hold the two bones together for healing.
