Arthrex Gives Back to Those Less Fortunate During the Holiday Season
Holidays Without Hunger
More than 2,000 volunteers, including 20 Arthrex employees
and family members, donated their time on Christmas Eve to Meals of Hope's
Holidays Without Hunger, a food packaging event that successfully surpassed its
goal of packaging more than 500,000 meals in two hours! Arthrex sponsored four 10-person stations at Harborside Event
Center in downtown Fort Myers, where the event was held.
St. Matthew's House Christmas Day Volunteers
Fifteen Arthrex employees and
their family members volunteered on Christmas Day to serve food at St.
Matthew's House in Naples. Arthrex is a long-time supporter of St. Matthew's
House, a local charity dedicated to housing the homeless and feeding the
hungry.
Gifts Collected to
Brighten Local Children's Holidays
Arthrex employees collected
dozens of unwrapped gifts for children ages 0-18 during the holidays. The
gifts benefited three local charities: Children's Advocacy
Center, Youth Haven and Guadalupe Center. Generous gifts included
bikes, books, clothes, toys and more.
