Arthrex Hosts Leadership Collier's Commerce Day
On Thursday, January 21, 2016, Arthrex was pleased to welcome this year's Leadership Collier class to the Inc. Medical Education Center as part of the program's "Commerce Day." Scott Sherman, engineering manager for the Knee/Hip Arthroplasty team, who is a 2014 Leadership Collier Class graduate and current board member, presented to the group about Arthrex and its impact in the community. As a 2015 Leadership Collier Class Graduate, Senior Capital Equipment Engineer Kevin Stanton served as one of the session chairs, helping to organize the visit. AMI HR Director Mike Boose also presented on workforce housing in Collier County and Arthrex's unique training and apprenticeship programs.
The Leadership Collier Foundation (LCF), an affiliate of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, educates local business leaders about the societal and economic challenges facing the community today. LCF graduates continue to build alliances, foster goodwill and civic trusteeship that will strengthen Collier County, while enhancing relations with other like-minded, influential community leaders.
