The 2.6 FiberTak soft anchors are available double- and triple-loaded with SutureTape, complemented by a guided delivery system and 2.6 mm drill or punch to help minimize bone removal. The Knotless 2.6 FiberTak anchor offers a tensionable knotless mechanism, allowing suture tension to be controlled and adjusted under direct visualization.
