Arthrex Hosts the Collier County Medical Society

On Thursday, March 15, 2012, Arthrex hosted the Collier County Medical Society (CCMS) at the Medical Education Center of its corporate headquarters in Naples, FL for the Spring General Membership Meeting.  More than 150 CCMS members and guests attended the event and learned more about Arthrex as a global medical device industry leader with a strong commitment to the local medical community.

Arthrex presenters included Reinhold Schmieding, Arthrex founder and president; Bryan Hanypsiak, director of medical education; Steve Jones, director of business development and capital product management; and David Shepard, director of orthobiologics.

CCMS attendees were provided a hands-on tour of Arthrex’s teaching facilities and labs, and presented with information about Arthrex’s premier medical education opportunities, Arthrex’s new imaging platform, SynergyHD3 – which is poised to revolutionize the multi-specialty endoscopic market, and the future of biologic treatments in medicine.

“We look forward to providing a significant and positive impact, and furthering our connection to the local medical community,” said Schmieding.
