Fun in the Sun - Arthrex Summer Family Fun Event
Nearly 2,000 Arthrex employees and their family members came out to enjoy the sixth annual Arthrex Summer Family Fun event at the Marco Island Marriott on Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8. The event provided fun for all ages with expansive beach access and numerous activities provided especially for Arthrex to enjoy! Families cooled off under the Arthrex tent filled with a variety of foods and desserts and had fun in the sun with paddle boards, water hammocks, volleyball courts, kayaks, sailboats, a horseshoe pit, a corn hole set and much more! A sand-sculpting contest also capped off each fun-filled day.

“Let me start by saying I have been in the workforce since I graduated college (I’m 56 now) and have never experienced this kind of generosity from an employer! Every event and benefit has done nothing but solidify how blessed I am to work here. Family Fun Day was an experience on its own! I knew Arthrex would leave no stone unturned but the smile on peoples’ faces, especially the kids, was truly astounding. From the sand castle welcoming us, the music, the gorgeous tent and food, the goodie bag and the water sports, I was so proud to be employed by your company. We stayed at the Marriott that night and because I was holding my Arthrex glass wherever I went, people constantly stopped me asking about Arthrex! Again, I just wanted to thank you for all that you do to ensure your employees are so proud to be here at Arthrex!”
Best of all, the event provided more than just fun for Arthrex families; thanks to the generous donations of attendees, 10 large collection boxes of nonperishable food items were filled for the St. Matthew's House Food Drive to help those in need.
