Knee Hand Instruments

New product innovation in arthroscopic surgery is a primary focus at Arthrex. Our goal is to make technically demanding procedures easier, safer, and more reproducible. Each instrument is precision manufactured to the highest quality standards at Arthrex California Technology, Inc. and is backed by a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.

These durable, state-of-the-art instruments have an extremely low-profile tip, facilitating easier access to pathology in tight joint spaces and providing precise resection control. Stainless steel edges manufactured using electrical discharge machining (EDM) provide maximum sharpness and durability, minimizing the need for sharpening and repair. Less than 1% of Arthrex arthroscopy instruments require sharpening after 2 years of use, which is an unprecedented achievement for orthopedic surgical instruments.

Many punches, graspers, and retrievers are available with 2.75 mm, 3.5 mm, and 4.2 mm shafts.

Series I instruments feature traditional, comfortable finger-loop handles for precise control and are available with nonlocking, nonratcheting (NR) handles or self-releasing (SR) locking mechanisms.

The improved ergonomics of the WishBone™ series instruments facilitate inverted and retrograde use with either hand.

Rely on Arthrex for leading-edge nano arthroscopy technology. At just 2 mm in diameter, these small instruments are strong, sharp, and engineered to efficiently resect meniscal tissue and other soft-tissue structures. Use the articulating, retractable NanoProbe hook probe for diagnostic procedures and atraumatically insert the NanoBiter, NanoScissor, and NanoGrasper instruments through tight joint spaces.
