Description

The Arthroplasty Sales Manager will promote and enhance all sales initiatives, activities and objectives. Essential job functions include assisting in sales, representation, and technical support on products that include, but are not limited to the following categories: Total Shoulder, Reverse Total Shoulder and Unicompartmental Knee. The Arthroplasty Manager will be the liaison with Agency Leadership, Agency Technology Consultants, and other Arthrex Leadership with the overall goal of increasing sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent Eclipse Technology Solutions, an independent regional distributor authorized to sell Arthrex products, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for each territory.
  • Increase Eclipse's market share by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Train surgeon customers on the proper use of all Arthrex Arthroplasty products to help them achieve outstanding patient results.
  • Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions as they become available.
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
  • Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
  • Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Arthroplasty sales in the orthopedic industry.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market and achieve sales quota goals.
  • 2-5 years demonstrated sales success.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds on a regular basis.
  • MS Office.
  • Current driver’s license and access to your own transportation.
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills.
