Description

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for working with our territories in supporting the daily needs of our sales representatives and surgical accounts. This is done by ensuring sufficient inventory levels are maintained, organized and sets are restocked at the office. As a core member of the Eclipse Operations Team, this position will assist in crucial everyday functions involving the procurement, management, and distribution of Eclipse inventory. Success in this position would be summarized as efficiently and responsibly executing, maintaining, and ultimately improving Eclipse processes as they relate to logistics, inventory management, and supporting our sales team.

This person will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Monitor transfers of inventory.
  • Ordering, receiving, and returning inventory.
  • Perform regular office cycle counts and field audits.
  • Prevent losses due to damaged or expired inventory.
  • Recognize and respond to emerging trends in the supply chain.
  • Monitor sales orders daily and resolve any incomplete data on orders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and other office technology.
  • Able to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 40 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity, able to pick up items less than .5" in length.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Driving to other locations as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment.
