Description

CDC Medical, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and extremely detail-oriented Inventory Specialist. The successful candidate is someone who exemplifies the company's core values of Integrity, Professionalism, Communication and Results and is someone who takes his/her work seriously and values meticulous accuracy in every endeavor. The successful candidate must have a clean driving record.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor sales orders on a daily basis and resolve any incomplete data on orders
    •Fill surgery implant and instrument requests
    •Check-in surgical trays and implant kits and ensure the sets are full, accurate and ready to return to the field
    •Receive inventory restocks and perform inventory returns back to vendor
    •Manage the location of each tray/kit using QR software and perform transfers, as necessary
    •Manage expired product process including compilation, reporting and returning
    •Conduct regular office cycle counts and Field audits

Requirements

Education and Experience:

 

  • College degree (preferred) and/or equivalent experience within the medical device field and/or inventory operations
    •Experience in medical device industry is a plus

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

 

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
    •Impeccable organization skills
    •Consistently reliable in attendance during assigned shift
    •Exceptional follow-through and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills while working in a fast-paced environment where things change at a moment's notice
  • Clean driving record and ability to drive a company van

 

Physical Demands:

 

  • Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
    •Performs computer work on a daily basis
    •Regularly spends time driving a company van
