Titan Surgical Group LLC is seeking a highly self-motivated sales professional to join our fast-paced, dedicated team in the Kansas City metro area.  We are a growing, dynamic Arthrex agency with an opportunity to expand our exposure within the area’s medical community through an innovative and developing portfolio of surgical implants, instruments and disposable products designed to “Help Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better”.  This positon will be responsible for building and growing relationships with cardiothoracic and spine medical professionals, becoming an expert in Arthrex CT and Spine products and procedures, as well as, implementing the Titan sales process to meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals for the Titan team.
  • Educate cardiothoracic surgeons on proper sternal closure techniques.
  • Increase the volume of cardiothoracic surgeons that have exposure to our new sternal closure technique.
  • Grow exposure with spine surgeons to the Arthrex portfolio of current and future products.
  • Collaborate with spine surgeons on Arthrex product applications in spine surgery.
  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, identifying surgeon and account needs and implementing sales strategies.
  • Communicate and work with existing Titan sales teammates to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non-compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licenser requirements, and Company policies & procedures.
  • Work with Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Technology Consultants and Technology Representatives when needed.
  • Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
  • Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
  • Cultivate and maintain an excellent rapport with clients to sustain longstanding relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the cardiothoracic & spine, orthopedics & sports medicine market.
  • 3+ years demonstrated sales success in the Spine & Cardiothoracic Implant Industry or Surgical Team Experience
  • Must be comfortable in open heart surgery/operating room environments.
  • MS Office required.
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills are required.
  • Strong sense of urgency is important.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Access to your own transportation.
