Description

The OrthoBiologics Product Specialist will create, promote and manage all sales initiatives, activities and objectives in conjunction with the OrthoBiologics Regional Manager. Management will include but not be limited to focused sales progression tracking, key product performance, key account penetration, KOL relationships and development of the OrthoBiologics market share in the assigned geography.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in OrthoBiologics and all designated biologics products.
  • Conduct ongoing trainings with all members of Gotham Surgical in the following scenarios: didactic, hands on (wet and dry lab), sales direction on specific products.
  • 90% of time will be spent in the field working closely in the sales team and key accounts/surgeons
  • Achieve assigned quota objectives.
  • Generate focused daily and monthly sales analysis of key products.
  • Work closely with all levels of the organization (operations, sales management and TCs) to efficiently: Launch new products, Re-Launch existing products.
  • Create, promote and manage the annual focused product initiatives.
  • Monthly update report to the VP of Sales, OrthoBiologics Sales manager and Regional managers. Main topics to be covered are the previous 30 days achievements and plans/objectives an directive for the upcoming month.
  • Represent Gotham Surgical and Arthrex at various industry meetings.
