The Territory Manager (TM) position at Supreme Orthopedic Systems incorporates all the same skills and expectations as the Associate Sales Representative (ASR) position, but with the addition of responsibilities related to the management of the business within the assigned territory. As a TM, you will be accountable to achieve sales quotas and key business metrics in the assigned territory, and you will utilize the company’s resources in order to drive market share gains in that territory. You will report directly to an assigned Area Sales Manager, with whom you will collaborate to develop a business strategy in line with the company’s objectives in pursuance of these goals. You will be responsible to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, technologists, key administration and purchasing personnel, and relevant C-Suite hospital executives, in order to grow and develop business. In addition to sales management, you will also be responsible to manage the daily activities of any ASRs on your team, and will be involved in related talent development. You will be provided with a level of ongoing training unmatched by anyone else in the industry, which will allow you to provide the top-notch technical support that our customers expect. A strong candidate for this position is someone who works well in a team setting, is results-driven and solutions-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is always striving to improve and grow. Two to three years of medical device sales experience is required to apply.
