About the role:

You will lead and manage our loan kit teams across Australia and New Zealand, responsible for:

  • All loan processing activities including receiving, decontamination (if required), inventory, inspection, credit and returns processing, including ensuring daily production and quality goals are met;
  • Training and developing team members, including supporting corrective actions for customer complaints and process improvements.
  • Coordinating with sales, marketing, quality and customer service to deliver product and services per customer expectations and agreed service level agreements.
  • Work with senior management on developing strategic direction of the loan kit area and service level improvements;
  • Tactical direction to your team to meet predefined metrics;
  • Problem-solving in complex situations and process improvements;
  • You will ensure traceability for loan kits and other finished goods with regulatory compliant documentation;
  • You will act as a primary loan kit key contact for notified bodies, internal and external audits and governing bodies.

About you:

You will be able to demonstrate proven senior experience & results, business acumen and a proactive approach to data-driven solutions.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experienced in similar leadership roles within medical device loan kits (orthopaedics &/or reverse logistics experience will be highly considered),
  • Relevant systems expertise: SAP experience is a MUST; proficient in Excel with excellent analytical abilities; warehouse management system knowledge will be highly considered,
  • Good communication skills (written and oral),
  • Degree qualified ideally (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field),
  • Ability to work well within a group environment.
