Prodigy Surgical is seeking a Communication Specialist in Buffalo, NY.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Communications - Distribution of key sales communications to all representatives
  • Notification of new product launches and updates
  • Ensure that representatives are aware when new sales tools and resources are available
  • Summarize and re-distribute relevant corporate communications such as eConnect, What’s New and marketing/product management communications
  • Develop and maintain corporate and agency AXIS group feeds to ensure all representatives are staying up to date with the most recent posts
  • Ensure representatives subscription profiles are maintained in BP/AXIS.
  • Serve as key point of contact to Sales Optimization, Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications
  • Manage Sales Tools & Resources- Ensure that every representative has access to any and all resources needed to optimize customer interactions
  • Develop an expert level understanding of all Arthrex sales tools and resources - this includes but is not limited to: AXIS, SurgeonApp, Arthrex.com, Playbooks / Playsheets, Sample Product Program, VAC Packs, Precall Game Plans, Territory Scorecards, RightFind, Podcasts
  • Responsible for educating representatives on where to find these tools and resources, how to access them and how to leverage them to optimize customer interactions
  • Monitor usage and effectiveness to sales tools and resources and provide feedback to the Sales Optimization team
  • Key Report Distribution- Effectively communicate key performance measures to representatives and agency leadership
  • Align communication strategy with Arthrex management to bring more awareness to agency and team performance on strategic initiatives such as hiring quota, MedEd, representative training, inventory & instrument purchases and others
  • Develop and maintain AXIS adoption reports to drive usage throughout agency
  • Help manage and maintain Opp. Management dashboards
  • Case Calendar Usage
  • Distribution of Leads & Tasks
  • Ensure Surgeon Preference Cards are maintained by monitoring ageing reports
  • Leverage AXIS to push key reports to all related agency personnel

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with CRM systems
  • Associates Degree in Business or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communicative abilities
  • Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
