The tensionable Knotless Hip FiberTak soft anchor combines the benefits of soft anchors with knotless soft-tissue fixation. These anchors are compatible with straight and curved drill guide instrumentation, and the tensionable suture-locking mechanism allows surgeons to control the repair tension under direct visualization.

Knotless Hip FiberTak® Soft Anchors

Simplify arthroscopic acetabular labral repair with the Knotless Hip SutureTak anchor, which combines a proven1 and reproducible suture anchor design and insertion procedure with knotless soft-tissue fixation. Use the guide and drill to precisely create a pilot hole on the acetabular rim and insert the suture anchor through the guide, maintaining the same drill trajectory. Pass and shuttle the suture into the locking mechanism, allowing controlled tension of the repair suture for knotless soft-tissue fixation under direct visualization.

Knotless Hip SutureTak® Suture Anchors

The PushLock anchor for knotless, soft-tissue repair was designed to be used in arthroscopic stability procedures of the femoroacetabular joint. Its revolutionary 2-piece design facilitates controlled, intraoperative suture tensioning prior to committing the anchor in bone, allowing for precise tissue reduction. It is available in bioabsorbable PLLA (poly-L-lactide), biocomposite, and nonabsorbable PEEK (polyetheretherketone) polymers, and in 2.4 mm, 2.9 mm, and 3.5 mm diameters. PEEK has excellent biostability and biocompatibility characteristics. The PushLock anchor disposables kits include the necessary drill and drill guide to precisely place the pilot hole on the acetabular rim. Reusable drills and drill guides are also available in hip lengths.

Hip FiberTak soft anchors are available single- and double-loaded with multiple innovative suture options. These anchors are also complemented by curved and straight guide delivery systems and 1.6 mm, 1.7 mm, and 1.8 mm drills to help minimize bone removal.

Hip FiberTak® Soft Anchor

SutureTak push-in labral anchors are available in biocomposite, PEEK, and PLDLA materials. The bio and biocomposite anchors contain a molded-in suture to reinforce the strength of the anchor and suture eyelet. The PEEK anchor is nonabsorbable with a material eyelet.
These anchors are available in 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm 3.0 mm, and 3.7 mm diameters. A 2.0 mm Mini Hip SutureTak anchor, available in PEEK with a preloaded #1 FiberWire® suture, is compatible with XL drill guides to accommodate hip-specific anatomy.
