The FiberLock™ Suspension System is a single-incision suture suspensionplasty using the latest in anchor and suture technology. A FiberTak® all-suture anchor provides cortical fixation on the far cortex of the 2nd metacarpal. The 1st metacarpal is suspended from the 2nd using the FiberTak anchor SutureTape, which is secured into a knotless DX SwiveLock® SL anchor in the 1st metacarpal.
Specialized instrumentation allows for precise drilling and insertion of the FiberTak anchor through the same standard incision made for trapeziectomy. All contents are conveniently packed in a single-use system kit.
