FiberTak® DR Anchor Bridge Technique

A knotless, double-row construct is created using FiberTak^® DR soft anchors medially, and fully threaded SwiveLock^® anchors laterally. The FiberTak DR anchor was designed specifically for use as a medial anchor for double-row bridging constructs. It is loaded with both a fixed LabralTape™ suture and a sliding #2 TigerTail^® suture. The FiberTak DR anchor bridge enhances footprint compression to maximize contact between tendon and bone. The animation highlights the ability to proactively address a potential dog‐ear with a FiberLink™ suture cinch stitch that can be incorporated into the knotless lateral row.
