Reconstrucción del ligamento colateral del pulgar con DX SwiveLock® SL

La incisión en forma de S se coloca sobre la cara cubital de la primera articulación metacarpofalángica. La cápsula se abre exponiendo la cabeza del primer metacarpiano y la base de la falange proximal. Los alambres guía se colocan en estas localizaciones anatómicas y se perfora unicorticalmente con una broca de 3,5 mm. Se toma el injerto del tendón PL. Cada extremo del injerto se tira en el interior de cada orificio de perforación y se fija en forma segura con un ancla DX SwiveLock® SL. Esta construcción permite la curación directa del hueso- tendón-hueso, sin prominencias ni nudos.
