Técnica intraósea BioPlasty® (IOBP)

La técnica quirúrgica BioPlasty intraósea (IOBP) se utiliza para el tratamiento de patologías óseas que surgen como consecuencia de lesiones agudas o crónicas, entre las que se incluyen lesiones de la médula ósea asociadas con fracturas por insuficiencia, moretones óseos persistentes, osteoartritis y primeras etapas de la necrosis avascular. El procedimiento IOBP® trata estas patologías a través de una descompresión central de la lesión y una aplicación directa de concentrado de plasma rico en plaquetas (cPRP) del aspirado de médula ósea (BMA) utilizando el sistema de procesamiento de médula ósea y cPRP Arthrex Angel®. El procedimiento IOBP fomenta la reparación y remodelación ósea fisiológica.
