Die ContourLock HTO-Platten® aus Titan sind anatomisch gebogen und besitzen ein flaches Design. Die ContourLock HTO-Platte eignet sich hervorragend für anspruchsvolle Patienten, die für die Belastung eine festere winkelstabile Konstruktion benötigen. Diese Platten sind ohne Keil sowie in gerader und geneigter Ausführung erhältlich.
Die tibialen Opening Wedge-Osteotomieplatten aus Titan sind 4-Loch-Platten und mit geradem oder geneigtem Zahn erhältlich, um den ursprünglichen tibialen Slope zu erhalten oder anzupassen. Das einfache Design erleichtert die minimal-invasive Chirurgie und eignet sich hervorragend für weniger anspruchsvolle Patienten.
Sie werden mit Hilfe von winkelstabilen 6.5 mm Spongiosaschrauben und 4.5 mm Kortikalisschrauben aus Titan von Arthrex® fixiert. Alle Schrauben lassen sich über die integrierten Klemmringe der Platte in der gewünschten Richtung abwinkeln und anschließend winkelstabil in der Platte fixieren.
Edelstahl
Die tibialen Opening Wedge-Osteotomieplatten aus Edelstahl sind mit geradem oder geneigtem Zahn erhältlich, um den ursprünglichen tibialen Slope zu erhalten oder anzupassen. Diese Platten eignen sich hervorragend für individuelle anatomische Verhältnisse, in denen mehrfache Biegungen nötig sind, um einen maßgeschneiderten Sitz zu erreichen. Die Platten werden mit Hilfe von 6.5 mm AO-Standardspongiosaschrauben und 4.5 mm Kortikalisschrauben aus Edelstahl fixiert.
Alle tibialen Opening Wedge-Osteotomieplatten können in Verbindung mit den <a href="http://www.arthrex.com/de/knie/opening-wedge-osteotomy-instrument-set">Standardinstrumentensets für Opening Wedge-Osteotomien</a> verwendet werden.

Das ContourLock-HTO-Plate-System ist als Fixierungssystem im Rahmen von Opening- und Closing-Wedge-Osteotomien der proximalen Tibia indiziert. Das innovative, aus Titan hergestellte Plattensystem umfasst drei unterschiedliche Plattenausführungen (gerader Keil, Keil mit A/P-Neigung, flache Platte ohne Keil), die mit den für das HTO-Plattensystem erhältlichen Kortikalis- und Spongiosaschrauben aus Titan kompatibel sind. Durch das verbesserte Buchsenverriegelungssystem werden die Schrauben fest in den Plattenbuchsen verblockt, sodass für die Titan-HTO-Platten kein Zielblock verwendet werden muss. Dadurch wird der Insertionsprozess für Platten und Schrauben noch weiter vereinfacht. Dieses Plattensystem ist Gegenstand laufender klinischer Studien zur Beurteilung des Potenzials für eine frühe postoperative Belastungsfähigkeit.

ContourLock-HTO-Plate®-System

Das Opening Wedge-Osteotomiesystem wurde zur Behandlung von Schmerzen und Instabilität bei Fehlstellungen der unteren Extremität durch eine sichere und reproduzierbare Osteotomie entwickelt. Mit den speziell entwickelten Platten von Arthrex® steht dem Operateur eine sichere, zuverlässige und reproduzierbare Technik für tibiale und femorale Opening Wedge-Osteotomien zur Verfügung.
Die Opening Wedge-Osteotomie kann neben anderen Weichteil- und Knorpelrekonstruktionen gleichzeitig mit einer ACL-Rekonstruktion, einer osteochondralen Transplantation und einer Meniskustransplantation vorgenommen werden. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass eine protektive Stellungskorrektur Erfolg und Zufriedenheit dieser konservativen Behandlungen verbessert.

Instrumentenset für die Opening-Wedge-Osteotomie

Procedure

Nach Setzen der Inzision und sorgfältigem Lösen des Weichgewebes werden die Arthrex-Osteotomieschneidehilfe und zwei 2,4-mm-Osteotomiezieldrähte unter Durchleuchtung eingeführt. Speziell entwickelte Haken werden eingesetzt, um das Weichgewebe zu entfernen. Die Osteotomie wird präzise durchgeführt, wobei etwa 1&nbsp;cm der medialen Kortikalis erhalten bleibt. Der gewünschte Korrekturwinkel wird mithilfe des Osteotomie-Jack oder des Osteotomiekeils eingestellt und der Osteotomiespalt mit allogenem oder autogenem Knochenersatzmaterial aufgefüllt.
