Arthrex Returns to Full Operations Following Irma

Due to the tireless and dedicated efforts of Arthrex employees and the leadership of our state and local officials, our Southwest Florida facilities resumed regular business operations yesterday with the reopening of our Global Headquarters, logistic center and manufacturing facilities. This is an incredible achievement given the devastating impact of Hurricane Irma in Southwest Florida only four days ago.

We are thankful to have no reported injuries to employees or their family members. Despite loss of power, storm damage to their homes, gas shortages and school closures, Arthrex employees have found a way to return to work to ensure our customers’ needs are met to maintain continuity of patient care around the world.

As a result of the implementation of hurricane resistant building codes and Arthrex’s commitment to quality facility design over the last two decades, Arthrex is hurricane proof as we steadfastly proved with Irma. Arthrex facilities endured the worst that nature can deliver and are now fully operational. All customer orders are shipping same day and Arthrex Manufacturing is back online.

Thank you again to all who have shared your notes of support and concern. They will continue to energize us as we dedicate ourselves to our mission to service surgeons and their patients as our community infrastructure is reconstructed around us.

We have survived the ultimate test and have persevered to continue our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
