Arthrex Honored at Collier County Commissioner's Meeting

BCCArthrex had the honor of being recognized during the Board of Collier County Commissioners (BCC) meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 2016 for its tremendous contributions and impact in the Southwest Florida community. Arthrex President and Founder Reinhold Schmieding, and the following members of Arthrex’s senior leadership team were in attendance: SVP of Operations Kevin Grieff; VP of Shareholder Relations and Taxation Dan Hall; VP of Manufacturing Andy Owen; VP of Legal John Schmieding; VP of Human Resources Kathy Sparrow; and VP of APAC, LATAM and Caribbean Alex Seifert. 

 During the meeting, the BCC, as well as County Manager Leo Ochs, spoke to a filled room about Arthrex’s award-winning success and how fortunate Collier County is to have a global company like Arthrex, with an outstanding corporate culture and social responsibility, providing healthcare technology innovation and research, significant job growth and economic diversification in the community.
 
Reinhold was presented with an award for his dedication to improving the health and lives of people worldwide and for his unwavering devotion to our community, while Arthrex received two Proclamations: one honoring its 35 years of being in business with 25 years of innovation and growth in Collier County, and the other honoring its work and contributions in making Collier County a destination for medical tourism. Arthrex was also named Collier County Business of the Month and presented with a certificate by members of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce.
