MPFL-Rekonstruktion

Bei der von Arthrex entwickelten anatomischen Double Bundle-Technik zur Rekonstruktion des Lig. patellofemorale mediale (MPFL) wird die ursprüngliche Form des MPFL wiederhergestellt und eine Stabilität bei Beugung und Streckung erzielt. Die Double Bundle-Technik begrenzt zudem wirksam die Rotation über die gesamte Bewegungsspanne, sodass die Möglichkeit einer postoperativen Instabilität minimiert wird. Diese Technik ermöglicht bei direkter und anatomiegerechter Anwendung außerdem eine beschleunigte Rehabilitation und eine frühere Wiederherstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit.1

Die erfolgreiche MPFL-Rekonstruktion hängt von der anatomischen Transplantatplatzierung ab. Bei unserer Technik kommt eine femorale Schablone zum Einsatz, die eine korrekte Platzierung des Transplantats im Femur sicherstellt. Diese Position stellt einen statischen Fixierungspunkt dar, der eine gleichmäßige Transplantatspannung bei Beugung und Streckung bewirkt und somit die Belastungen des Patellofemoralgelenks auf ein Minimum reduziert.
